Hi, and welcome to the farm. My name is John and I live here on a small farm in southwestern Indiana. My family has lived and farmed in this area for four generations I have chosen to settle here with my wife and kids as well. My kids are now grown and doing their own things but they still find time to help out here on the farm. My wife is an obstetric nurse at the local hospital and I stay home and take care of the farm.
My hope for this blog is that you and I can work our way through this farm life and for you to see what goes on, on the farm on a daily basis, On this site you will find useful info on livestock, gardening, cooking, and general repairs that have to take place on a daily basis on the farm.
